🦅 Eagles & Friends Community Boo Bash Craft Workshop 🦅

Welcome Eagles residents and neighbors from the surrounding Odessa community! We’re bringing everyone together at the Eagles Clubhouse on Sunday, October 19th from 2–4 PM for an afternoon of crafting, fun, and memory-making for both adults and kids.

✨ Adult Project Choices
1️⃣ Design Your Own Doormat – Personalize a fall-themed welcome mat using our stencils or create your own design.
2️⃣ Ceramic Fall Bundle – Paint or decoupage a festive tabletop set including (1) ceramic ghost + (2) ceramic pumpkins—a perfect way to get into the season!

🎨 Kids Project Bundle
🧸 Stuff-a-Teddy – Build a cuddly new friend.
👕 Design-a-Tee – Customize a t-shirt for your teddy to wear.
🎃 Pumpkin Bar – Decorate a pumpkin with fun accessories, stickers, and more! Halloween Treats included 🍪🍪

🍔 Food & Drinks
The Clubhouse will also have delicious food and beverages available for purchase during the event.

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your project. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 72 hour notice to avoid a restocking fee of 30%. of the total amount of the workshop. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to a week for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.
